Bortles was trying to get through a two-minute drill during the 2016 season.

The people who are dealing with the shock of Richardson’s departure from day-to-day operations first are chief operating officer Tina Becker and interim general manager Marty Hurney. Richardson was one of the league’s most involved owners, and I know the team execs are feeling uneasy and anxious about what the future holds. Scouts, football operations people, administration, the finance department — they’re all plenty worried about what a new owner will decide to do once he or she takes control.

It also set the tone for Ramsey’s career. The trash-talking cornerback has a flair for frustrating quarterbacks and receivers and the ability to essentially shut down one side of the field. After 33 games, Ramsey’s already considered among the best players in franchise history — a 23-year-old rising star who openly aspires to be as good as Hall of Famer Deion Sanders and often looks the part.

8:38 p.m.: The Packers pick up one first down but fail to move the chains again. They punt and Minnesota will take over at its 29.

8:30 p.m.: We’re underway in Green Bay. The Packers will the toss and elect to receive. They’ll start the game’s opening drive at their 31.

Questionable QBs: Matt Ryan grew up just outside of Philadelphia in Exton, Pa., so he knows what kind of crowd awaits him at The Linc. And maybe he’ll appreciate the fact NFL Jerseys Wholesale he’s had to regenerate a thick skin a year removed from his MVP campaign.

It’s fair to wonder about Swinney’s why.

Anybody can get up there and tell them what to do, Swinney said. If you can’t articulate why you need to do it, they won’t listen. It’s a different world. If my coach told me to go run them bleachers, you didn’t ask no questions. I turned around and started running until he said stop. Now they’ll still run bleachers, but you better be able to tell them why.

Yep, LaVar Ball is at it again, telling ESPN’s Jeff Goodman — who is in Lithuania to cover the younger Ball brothers — that the Lakers no longer want to listen to or play for Luke Walton. This is an outrageous thing to say when your son is a struggling rookie who nonetheless gets plenty of minutes under said coach. Most mad NBA dads have sons strapped to the bench. Ball is just blowing up Walton for sport.

And none of it mattered on Friday as the Lakers’ issues looked like it continued to fester. The LA Clippers opened the game with a 22-5 run before handing the Lakers a fifth straight loss, 121-106, at Staples Center.

And yet, despite all that and the fact that they were facing their in-town rival, the Lakers came out flat. Los Angeles looked like its problems had gotten worse, falling behind Baseball Jerseys For Sale by 17 before the seven-minute mark hit in the first quarter.

Tristan Jarry, Pittsburgh Penguins (13.3 percent)

The Penguins are choosing to lean on Jarry for the second time in three games against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday. As No. 1 Matt Murray struggles, Pittsburgh’s backup has allowed only four goals through his most recent two and a half contests (one in relief of Murray). He could merit spot play for however long this trend lasts.

Jeff Glass, Chicago Blackhawks (0.0 percent)

One of the holiday season’s feel-good on-ice stories, Glass earned a well-deserved Cheap Jerseys 90 win in his first NHL game at the age of 32. He followed that 42-save victory over the Edmonton Oilers with another solid performance in Sunday’s overtime loss to the Calgary Flames. While Corey Crawford remains sidelined with an upper-body injury — and it could be a while — Glass has intriguing dark-horse potential in daily fantasy play. Another couple of starts could help determine his
