The final week of the 2017 NFL regular season is a 16-game Sunday with numerous playoff berths and seeds in the balance.

In the AFC, the Patriots will lock up home-field advantage through the playoffs if they beat the Jets. If the Pats lose, the Steelers can claim it with a win over the Browns. The Titans and Ravens can clinch playoff berths if they beat the Jaguars and the Bengals, respectively. The NFL decided to forgo a New Year’s Eve matchup on Sunday night; instead, every game is scheduled for 1 p.m. or 4:25 p.m. ET. All the games that have playoff berths at stake will be played at 4:25.
